Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide! Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by destination:

•  Domestic (US): 3-7 business days

•  Canada: 7-14 business days

•  International: 10-21 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:
•  Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
•  Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
•  Pet food and treats are non-refundable once opened due to health and safety reasons.
•  To initiate a return or exchange, email us at returns@[yourstore].com with your order number and reason for return.
•  Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
•  Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet the above conditions.
